摘要

The EFQM excellence model was developed in 1980s and is seen in tradition of TQM (Ref. 1). Originally, three dimensions were identified:People,Processes, and Outcome.In the EFQM model applied now there are nine criteria, which are interrelated (Ref 2). On further studies, three axes were introduced within the model:Personal,Entrepreneur, and Resource.The EFQM excellence model developed is given in Figure 1 of the original article (Ref 3). (3orefs.)
