摘要

Work stress is a kind of pressure on individuals in an organizational contest that arises from the duality and deviations in the organizations. Work stress is a perceived pressure on individuals in an organizational context that arises from the duality and deviations in the organizations. Work stress affects mentally and physically weak persons more where as the strong individuals will cope with the stress. The notion of well-being at work can be influenced by the psychological work conditions set by leaders of the organization and guided by the psychosocial system of the country. The psychosocial work conditions factors that can be recognizable in the individuals are job support, job demand, job control and job environment. Higher work well-being indicates lower work stress for the employee. To incorporate well-being culture in the organization the following should be investigated.
