摘要

MSFB interventions have become a popular HR practice in organizations around the world to link them with the overall performance improvement of their managers. In providing such feedbacks, a truly longitudinal study includes more than one assessment after the initial feedback. An investigation on the potential impact of the inherent nature of the performance dimension is made by analyzing the developmental difficulty as it influences the feedback efficiency on leadership competency on a number of accounts.
