摘要

This study introduces the cases in which education quality was improved by applying the Taguchi method that finds conditions that are strong in uncontrollable environments of the field. The Taguchi method helps to point out the noise factors that affect the results but cannot be controlled, which have been neglected by previous experiment designs. The optimum condition proposed by the Taguchi method is to find the level of control factors strong against noise factors, which has an effect of reducing dispersion under the optimum conditions. University lectures have various noise factors such as variety of students and mentality of lecturers that affect education quality but have not been considered in the previous teaching methods. If the Taguchi method when applied to the education field, will help provide good-quality lectures to students who can be considered as customers. This study proposes the methodology to provide good-quality lectures with lecture improvement methods using the application of the Taguchi method. (20 refs.)
