Nortel Radio Infrastructure is using the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) business excellence model as one continuous improvement tool from the corporation's total quality management toolset. Repeated application of the self assessment methodology has resulted in Radio Infrastructure seeing beyond the use of the EFQM model as solely a self assessment methodology.
