In summary, we have shown that a BA-functionalized oli-gothiophene undergoes self-aggregation and co-aggregationwith a bismelamine receptor, affording nanorods and nano-tapes with remarkable charge-carrier mobilities in their con-densed states. Furthermore, we have demonstrated that se-lective formation of either of two nanostructures is possibleby regulating the temperature of the coaggregated solution.Such smart self-assemblies composed of electronically ad-dressable components contribute to a step forward towardswitchable electronic nanomaterials.
