摘要

The current semiconductor technology has been advancing for many years and their sizes has been reducing rapidly but there is a limit to shrinking sizes of current CMOS technology. In such situations QCA can be a very efficient technology to overcome these limits not only in terms of size but also in terms of speed and power consumption. The primary element of QCA is QCA cell which is used to build all kinds of gates and devices in QCA. In this paper we discuss the design of Full subtractor using this technology. The Full subtractor is designed and simulated by QCA Designer. We have also discussed about extending this layout for multi-bit subtraction.
