Nominations are open for the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia's (PSA) Pharmacist of the Year (Gold medal), Young Pharmacist of the Year (Silver medal) and the newly established PSA Lifetime Achievement award. The PSA Lifetime Achievement award has been added to the gold and silver medals to recognise outstanding and enduring contributions to professional practice. Symbion Pharmacy Services' sponsorship support enables PSA to provide each award winner with an dollar8,000 Symbion Pharmacy Services education grant. The grants provide winners with the opportunity to advance their knowledge by supporting their participation at a pharmacy-specific education event such as an international conference or course.
