SYMBION Health appears to have met with some success in its attempts at a cultural shift away from just 'placing the next order' to 'focussing on its customers' broader business needs' paving the way for strong financial growth.The company announced a 16 per cent increase in continuing business earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) for the six months ending 31 December 2006, and declared a fully franked final dividend of 4.25 cents per share.
