The Melbourne weather lived up to its reputation, providing four seasons in one day, however it didn't detract or hinder the spectacular scenery and views from the ranges. 20 YPF participants went to two wineries (Gisborne Peak and Paramoor) as well as the Holgate Brewery in Woodend where a well needed pub grub lunch was provided. The YPFers learnt how to taste the wine through sight, smell, taste and memory and were educated in the front of the tongue and chew'approach. A special mention goes to YPF committee member Sylvia Low ol Viva Energy, for winning the blind tasting at Paramoor.
