Primary signet-ring cell/histiocytoid carcinoma (PSRCHC) is defined as a diffuse malignant epithelial neoplasia, showing a histiocytoid appearance and variable amounts of signet ring cells. Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) is usually negative in PSRCHC. We report herein a case of HER2-positive PSRCHC of the axilla.
