POSCO's Gwangyang Works has recently put the operation of the No.3 casting line on the normal track at its Continuous Casting Plant II after finishing the facility streamlining works, which took about 4 months, on November 22. The No.3 casting line that resumed operating on the same day reached the normal operation, turning out 30 charges per day for three consecutive days from the ninth day after the resumption of the facility operation. According to an official at the company, the normal operation standard at the plant is 22 charges per day for three days in a row.
