Simulation program developer data M Software GmbH pro-educes the COPRA~R line of roll forming software products. The Software provides a virtual process chain for designing and validating roll tooling for tube welding lines, including designing the final cross section, defining the various shaping steps, and generating technical documentation. Users start by defining the specific tube mill and therefore selecting the number of forming stations. A database contains all standard roll tooling types along the mill, from forming stations to calibration passes. Users can modify each station and include auxiliary tools if necessary.
