Konecranes Inc. tailors its CXT industrial cranes to customer applications. The cranes are available in single- and double-girder construction with, profile or box-type girder designs. The company offers top connections, side connections, and underhung main girder connections for different building heights. The cranes have four fully adjustable switching points with phase-sequence control to guard against phase mismatch. The larger rope drum reduces stress and wear of the wire rope and increases safety, the company reports. A new ergonomic hook design is intended to make rigging the load safer.
