Roll-Kraft has introduced the Ardcor AutoPro 315 roll forming machine. Automated; and programmable, the machine is custom-designed and intended for roll formers who produce C-channel or U-chan-nel profiles with various gauge, width, height, and flange requirements. Operators use a preprogrammed touchscreen control panel to select a part and the machine automatically adjusts to produceit. It makes G and U profiles in the following ranges: Thickness: 20 to 12 ga. (0.030 in. to 0.110 in) Width: 2.5 to 14 in. Flange height 0.25 in.(U); 1.25 in. (C), up to 3.00 in. (return lips 0.38 in. to Length: 5 ft. to 50 ft.
