If you run a small business, you probably have an appointment book full of back-to-back meetings, more teleconferences in a month than you can count, and a to-do list that usually grows faster than it shrinks. You're probably involved in every department in some manner, and regardless of how much you delegate, managing the business can seem like a continuously growing list of responsibilities. If you feel like the Greek god Hercules battling the Hydra-every time you slice off one head, two grow back-I don't think you're alone. I bet every small-business owner in every industry feels like this from time to time.
