摘要

Based on our previously suggested model of instability of plastic deformation [1, 2] under conditions of discontinuous yielding, we numerically determined the dependences of the effective coefficient of stress concentration (which characterizes the mesostructural inhomogeneity) on the rate of tension and degree of deformation. These dependences clearly demonstrate the relaxation nature of plastic deformation.
