Negotiated prices of No2 HMS stand at a steady level of 220 US dollars/MT C&F (or 220 US dollars/MT FOB) in new Japanese export deals of ferrous scrap for shipments to China. For main factors, China's Fengli Group Co Ltd indicates a continued intention to take ferrous scrap from Japan, while there are purchases of Japanese ferrous scrap in small lots by local dealers handling miscellaneous scrapped stuff. Fengli Group is a major ferrous scrap merchant whose head office is located in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu province.
