This paper examines the various International Cleanroom Standards and Guidelines for the design of operating Suite. In order to achieve higher cleanliness level and quicker particle settling time, unidirectional laminar air pattern within the controlled area is one of the important criteria. Standards and Guidelines referred in this paper are correlated, discussed and analyzed together with the testing results obtained from various local hospitals.
