Lance Hapka of Argyle, Minnesota became the new Chairman of the Board of the Northern Plains Potato Growers Association. He accepted the gavel from outgoing Chairman, Carl Hoverson at the NPPGA Annual Chairman and MSA Banquet.The event was held February 19th at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Lance operates the family farm with his dad, Leon. His sister, Jennifer, his wife, Katrina, and his mother, Jean, are also very involved.
