A major wholesaler has been fined ?2.2m in a case brought by a local authority after an agency worker died when he fell from a loading platform at its Buckinghamshire warehouse. Decco, which supplies retailers with DIY, gardening and housewares products, was prosecuted by Chiltern District Council over the fatal accident at its site in Chesham.
