摘要

The nonlinear basic equations of Kelvin's medium (polar medium with rotating particles) are obtained. An exact analogy between basic equations for ferromagnets and this medium is established. Another way of taking the couplings of magnetic and elastic subsystems into account is suggested. Wave processes are investigated from this point of view. Some new ways for description of magnetoacoustic resonance are shown. All results are interpreted both in terms of mechanical medium and ferromagnets. [References: 3]
