摘要

In the present paper, the solution of large sparse systems of linear equations has been studied. Special attention was given to systems arising from discretization of the Navier-Stokes equations by the Boundary-Domain Integral Method. Systems of equations were solved using the Conjugate Gradient Squared method (CGS). As far as the preconditioner is concerned, the Block Incomplete Lower Upper decomposition method (BILU) has been used. The natural convection in a closed square cavity was used as a test example. CPU times and real times have been measured and speedup as well as efficiency factors were calculated for different cluster configuration. [References: 5]
