The flexural and torsional vibrations of a single span suspension bridge due to the random wind load are examined in the paper. The bridge model is assumed in the form of thin-walled girder underslung to two cables. Inertial couplings of vibrations as well as the pendular effects are taken into account The lateral horizontal wind pressure is regarded as the nonstationary stochastic process with the rime varying mean. The solutions for the buffeting bridge response are formulated in the correlation theory sphere by using the impulse response function (response of a structure exposed to a single impulse).
