摘要

The synthesis of the monomeric mono(amino)gallanes 9, 10 is achieved by reaction of dialkylgallium chlorides R2GaCl (R=Me, Et) with lithium amides LiN(SiMe3)R' [R' = tEu, 2,6-iPr(2)C(6)H(3) (=dipp)]. Combination of gallium(III)chloride with LiN(SiMe3)dipp results in the formation of the bis(amino)gallium chloride dipp(SiMe3)NGa(Cl)Ndipp(SiMe2)N(SiMe3) dipp 12. Oxidation of 9 affords the aminoethoxygallane [dippN(SiMe3)Ga(Et)mu-OEt](2) 13, the structure of which is compared to that of the dialkylalkoxygallane 14. [References: 17]
