At a conference call meeting on March 4,2004,the Board of Directors of the FSCT approved at Second Reading amendments to the organization's Bylaws and Standing Rules that will allow,for the first time,a person to join either a local Society or the FSCT,as they wish.Previously,a person was generally required to become a member of both in order to join either a local Society or the FSCT.
