摘要

La_(1-x)Sr_xCrO_3 (x valence 0.0~0.5) sampleswere prepared by the sol-gel method. The crystal structures ofLa_(1-x)Sr_xCrO_3 at room temperature Me of the othorhombicperovskite GdFeO_3-type. XPS analysis indicates thatchromium ions are in mixed valence state. The introduction ofSr~(2+) into the lattice is compensated by the oxidation fromCr~(3+) to Cr~ (6+). With x increasing, the amount of Cr~(6+)increases. The of the Cr~ (6+) is one of the key factors thataffect the electric conductivity of La_(1-x)Sr_xCrO_3.
