If I had to sum up the history of the power washing industry in general and the PWNA in particular in just a few words, I would say: "My how things have changed!" I have been working in this industry since 1991 and have been an active member of the Power Washers of North America since 1994. As I reflect on the amount of effort that I, personally, have devoted to the PWNA in the past few years, I am somewhat taken aback. I am humbled, not because of my personal time commitment, but because I recognize that this organization is comprised of dozens of other people like me. Over the past 20 years, countless individuals have given freely of their time, shared their expertise, and made a commitment to set high standards of excellence for the PWNA. This organization was established in 1992 to be the voice for the power washing industry, but we cannot forget that the 'voice' has been a chorus, not a solo act.
