摘要

We read with much interest the paper by Watt et al. (2011). The authors describe the importance of a structured learning programme to reduce anxiety and stress. It cannot be refuted that a strenuous nursing programme may contribute to an increase in anxiety levels and cause depression. In this context, we may suggest that a psychologist be involved in the planning of a learning programme. However, none of us have ever thought of such.
