摘要

Adsorption of ligands on DNA is studied theoretically at arbitrary filling in case, when the number of ligands in solution fluctuates under the effect of external medium fluctuations. In case of arbitrary filling multiplicative stochastic differential equation is obtained which describes the time variation of number of ligands adsorbed on DNA. It is shown that in the region of small concentrations of ligands in solution the adsorption of ligands on DNA does not take place.
