摘要

The calculated temperature variation of electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power for composite Al-Sm alloys, composed of the X fraction of fcc-Al nanocrystals embedded in amorphous phase, are in good agreement with experimental data. No interphase layer was detected on nanograin surface. Correlation between a value of electrical resistivity, temperature coefficient of resistivity and thermoelectric power of amorphous Al-Sm and Al-Sm-Ni alloys is qualitatively consistent with Ziman theory. The attracting interaction between Al and Ni atoms, which stabilizes the amorphous structure, is detected. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
