An effective field theory that accounts for the self-spin correlation function is used to study the critical property of an amorphous ferromagnet spin-1/2 Ising film with amorphous surfaces. The dependence of the critical temperature on exchange couplings strength ratio and film thickness is presented for several values of the structural fluctuation parameter.
