Messe Frankfurt is reorganizing the Texprocess trade fair. Previously part of the (Technology & Production) Division, it has been transferred to the (Textiles & Textile Technologies) Division with effect from November 1, 2013. The leading international trade fair for processing textile and flexible materials has been organised by a separate team parallel to the work on Techtex-til, the world's leading trade fair for technical textiles and nonwovens. ?The reorganization will generate more synergies and strategic benefits for both fairs. This will enable us to be even more efficient in Frankfurt and internationally, and make full use of our worldwide network of over 40 textile fairs?, says Olaf Schmidt who, as Vice President Textiles & Textile Technologies, is now also responsible for Texprocess.
