摘要

The most efficient extraction of water and phenols from crude light pyridine bases occurs with a mass CLPB/benzene ratio of 1:1 and with addition of 7 percent NaOH solution in an amount of 20 percent of the volume of the bases.The technical measure proposed here makes it possible of extract up to 80 percent of water and 67 percent of phenols without using expensive azeotropic fractionation and to provide a steady low (< 1 percent) content of pyridine bases in the process water, which facilitates the operation of biochemical unit for purification of water and reduces the loss of crude light pyridine bases.
