In the eight years since its formation, the Coffee Quality Institute's Coffee Corps has completed more than 40 different assignments in 16 different countries, helping coffee farmers in origins around the world to develop the skills they need to succeed, as this review of recent projects highlights. Among the latest projects in which the Corps has become involved is a pilot programme for coffee quality management run by Cafes Sustenables de Mexico, which formally launched its new Coffee Quality Management Course at the University Autonoma de Nayarit earlier this year.
