摘要

The flora of the delta of the Don river contains 825 species of vascular plants from 93 families and 375 genera. Systematic, ecological, plant morphology and geographical analyses were carried out. The flora of the delta is very rich and diverse andis very similar to the floras of other rivers in the steppe zone. Meadow species predominate but specific feature of the flora is the large number of ruderal species. The humid Holarctic and arid Eurasian centres were involved in the formation of the flora.
