摘要

A two dimensional numerical simulation code applied to non-linear electromagnetic field analysis has been developed using the finite element method for an alternating current magnetic leakage flux testing system (AC-MLFT). Suitable analyticalconditions are determined which satisfy accuracy and calculation time. Validity of this code is demonstrated by comparing experimental with numerical results and good agreement is shown. To investigate characteristics of inspection noise, leakage magnetic flux is calculated from areas which have different magnetic properties on the specimen surface. The analytical and experiment results show that increasing magnetization is effective in suppressing the inspection noise.
