摘要

The conditions of operating optimization of wet self-comminution mills at different technological conditions of material motion inside the drum (lifting, waterfall and cascade) are examined. Optimal parameters of drum cycles depending on its diameter, wet friction ratio and material slope angle in motion (for cascade conditions) are calculated. The results of calculations were tested in industrial conditions during operation of a mill with 10.5 m diameter. Mill production increased by 1.5 times and diamond failure rate decreased by 20 percent.
