The authors for article 2888 would like to add in the following paragraph after the article had been printed in issue 38:5. 'It has come to our attention that Dexa-Rhinaspray duo has been withdrawn from production. A suitable alternative would be the use of two separate products: a topical decongestant, e.g. phenylephrine or xylometazoline (drops or spray): 2 drops or spray squirts respectively to each nostril 10-15 min before betamethasone: 2 drops to each nostril - the combination to be used for up to 10 days.
