Parachironomus intermedius sp. n. male from Lotos lake located in Khasan region of Primorskii Territory is described. The new species is closely related to P. biannulatus (Staeger, 1856) and P. mauricii (Kruseman, 1933) and occupies an intermediate position between them by some features of genitals.
