摘要

Consumer behavior consists of four processes that are "purchase process","consumption process","sustainment process" and "abolishment process".To increase customer satisfaction,it is important to manage all the four processes to be excellent condition.However it is often pointed out that prior methodologies are not enough for strategic planners to execute their plans.Therefore,this paper utilizes the existing customer data and introduces a new framework "Brand QFD" to develop excellent brand qualities.
