摘要

The gasoline working group of Japan Clean Air Program (JCAP) aims to clarify the effect of the combination of vehicles and fuel technologies on tailpipe and evaporative emissions. Current and advanced vehicles, which include lean burn and direct fuel injection vehicles, were tested. Aromatics and sulfur contents in fuel effect tailpipe emissions. Evaporative emissions were decreased by reducing RVP and increasing vehicle canister capacity.
