摘要

The reactions of the intramolecular frustrated Lewis pair-adduct Ph_2PC(p-Tol)=C(C_6F_5)B(C_6F_5)_2(CNtBu) with XeF_2 gave Ph_2P(F)C(p-Tol)=C(C_6F_5)B(F)(C_6F_5)_2 (3). This species reacts with two equivalents of Al(C_6F_5)_3·C_7H_8 producing the salt, [Ph_2P(F)C(p-Tol)=C(C_6F_5)B(C_6F_5)_2][F(Al(C_6F_5)_3)_2] (4), whereas reaction with HSiEt_3/B(C_6F_5)_3 gave Ph_2P(F)C(p- Tol)=C(H)B(C_6F_5)_3 (5). The photolysis of 3 resulted in aromatization affording the phenanthralene derivative Ph_2P(F)C(p-Tol(o-C_6F_4))=CB(F)(C_6F_5)_2 (6).
