Oil futures fell on Monday, with US crude hitting its lowest levels since March of 2009 as traders focused on continuing production growth and concerns that rising inventory levels could lead to a shortage of storage capacity. "The US is running [at] unaffected production levels, even at these prices," said Ray Carbone of Paramount Options. "There are a lot of shorts on the market."
