State-owned PetroChina's subsidiary Singapore Petroleum Co (SPC) is gearing up to spud the Naga Selatan-1 well on the Mahakam Hilir Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in Indonesia. The well is expected to take around 33 days to reach a total depth of 6,500ft (21,327m), which will be followed by a 15-day evaluation period with wireline logs and production testing if required.
