Lianyungang—Lyon-dellBasell has licensed its Lupotech T and Lupotech A technologies to Jiangsu Sailboat Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (JSPCL) for a new low-density polyethylene (LDPE) and ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) plant in Lianyungang, China. JSPCL, part of the Jiangsu Shenghong Group, said the plant will have a total production capacity of 300,000 t/y of LDPE and EVA. A project schedule was not available.
