Lyon—As of the 9 Sept. 2013 deadline, the official receiver for Kem One SAS had received four takeover offers, three of which are for the entire company and one for a partial acquisition of its industrial activities (PCN, 15 Apr 2013, p 2). Kem One said discussions continue with the principal economic partners, and the judge of the Commercial Court of Lyon, which approved placing the company in receivership, has been asked to extend the deadline to 19 Sept. to allow the candidates to finalize their projects.
