London— Ineos Enterprises has completed the acquisition of Sasol Solvents Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of Sasol Ltd. (PCN, 12 May 2014, p 2). The acquisition, for which financial terms were not disclosed, includes production facilities for ethanol and iso-propyl alcohol, as well as catalysts for both processes in Heme, Germany, and isopropyl and secondary butyl alcohol production units in Moers, Germany.
