Berwyn— Trinseo SA (formerly Styron) has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $200-million in an initial public offering (IPO). Styron, under the name Trinseo SA, in 2011 filed a registration statement with the SEC for an IPO in which it expected to raise up to $400-million (PCN, 4 July 2011, p 2). That filing was withdrawn in 2013.
