Poyry Plc—Martin a Porta will become president and chief executive on 1 Jan. 2016. He will succeed Alexis Fries, who will continue in those positions until the end of 2015. Fries will remain a member of the board of directors. LSB Industries—Richard Sanders, a director of the company, has become interim executive vice president, chemical manufacturing. With his appointment, the company has suspended its search for a president of the chemical business.
